Power of Focus - the Watcher, Adept and Master

Many philosophers and spiritual teachers have said that we - as humans - are only  halfway-through beings. We are not as yet fully developed in terms of using our own minds properly.

There is hardly any user manual we can rely on in the early stages of our life - we are just thrown into life as an unwrapped package. We absorb the thoughts of others like a sponge. If the others happen to be unfriendly, negative or sad people, we turn our minds and lives on low vibes.

Here are some thoughts to read with a heightened focus whenever required - in order to inspire you on how to use your mind more correctly and efficiently. It is a free flow, and a compendium at the same time - to get things activated.

Become a Watcher

Direct your attention inwards. Get to know yourself. Get to know your thoughts. Get to know your feelings. Get to know your emotional reactions. Feel your body from within. Sense any occurrences in your body. Notice any feelings and emotions that arise. Notice where and how they arise. Notice how they fade away. Notice how you change focus. Notice your mind's reaction to the feelings and emotions. Notice your body reactions to the outside situations. Watch your every thought and emotion that arises. Watch any commentary part of your mind. Be consciously attentive to the unconscious thinking and feeling. Be more watchful and vigilant on what is going on within you. Study yourself carefully. Study yourself with curiosity. Keep a careful and loving watch over yourself. Increase your inner awareness. Increase the awareness of your mind. Increase the awareness of your environment. Walk with heightened awareness. Expand your mind. Expand your focus. Perceive your attitude. Perceive your mental and emotional state.
Notice what intentions might be behind your action. Notice what intentions are holding you back. Increase your attention to your thoughts, words and behaviour. Watch yourself and the words you speak. Commence close attention to whatever you are doing. Notice your every thought and feeling within your body. Notice the expenditure of energy in randomness. Notice how chaotic your mind can be.

Pay close attention when someone is talking to you. Listen deeply. Become silent for a moment before speaking. Practise Inner Silence in a conversation. When you are talking to someone give them your sole and undivided attention. Focus your attention upon the purpose you are talking about. Watch yourself and the person with loving attention. Centre yourself, be steady and calm. Your mind is a very valuable tool.

Become an Adept

Systematically train your mind. Operate your mind consciously. Use the self-directing power of focus. Cultivate concentrated mental states. Train your mind to be steady and direct. Fix your mind on a certain, positive, empowering thought. Construct conscious thoughts. There is a wonderful strength in your focused mind.

Increase your focus by a systematic, conscious effort. Direct the power of your attention consciously. Cultivate a purposeful attitude. Hold your mind to one thing at a time. Do not let your attention wander aimlessly or be dwindled. Center your mind, body and soul (emotions and feelings). Hold your focus on whatever you are doing. Practice thought concentration.

Avoid too much excitement. Don't get too excited or irritable. Never be in too much of a hurry, unless the situation requires it. Conserve your nerve forces. Everything in excess is a weakness. Do not let your energy explode. Get control over yourself. Count backwards to regain concentration. Practise deep breathing. Conscious breathing deepens the concentration and evokes a happy state of being. Speak slowly and deliberately.

Direct your mental power. Generate mental awareness and intention within your mind. Center your mind on a specific purpose, one plan and move on. Focus properly. Direct your attention into one channel. Train your nerves and your brain. Keep your energy to work for you not against you. Have fun in the exercises of self-control. Mold your life by having a proper attitude. Success is the result of a certain state of mind. Train your ways of thinking.

Let your thoughts be of high and strong nature. Hold a specific, positive, empowering thought. Transform any unharmonious impressions in your mind. Concentrate on doing something really worth while. Make your thoughts and attitudes of a high nature. Beware of the negative patterns in yourself and tame them into positive ones. From morning to night train the mind to be steady and refined. Don't waste your energy by satisfying your every whim. Don't say: I wish I was a great man/women. Be one. Reinforce your thoughts to a desired outcome.

Become a Master

Self-Mastery. Train yourself in self mastery. Develop a strong character. Cultivate the personality that wants to advance, not the one that wants to pull back. Use sheer determination to conquer your lower self. Live purposefully. Make positive, sensible goals. Stick to your goals. Build up a positive, strong, resilient mental attitude. The greater you are the lesser the obstacles. Obstacles are mere incidents that need to be overcome. Become the master of circumstances. Your true identity is independent of any of the external factors. Uphold the dignity of your life, all the time. Eradicate your weaknesses. Build strong character and personality. Make decisions only when you are at your best. Exercise your mental demands. Materialise those demands. Intently demand a thing and exclude all distracting thoughts.

Centralize your attention to what you want to increase in your life. Hold your mind on what should come to be. Feel that you can accomplish anything you undertake. Make your own place in the Universe. Through the focused thought and feeling power you can make yourself whatever you please. Through deep focus you become linked with omnipotence. Build up a strong assurance within you. Practice transparency and truthfulness.

See with delight the path before you. Focus your intent while saying: "I want, I can and I do." When you hold a deliberate intention - shut down everything else. Make your world neat and orderly. Stay self-poised all day. Keep your determination. Take an inventory of your actions in the evenings. Live your life as you want it to be.

Reward yourself with good outcomes. Have fun with your efforts.  Never forget that what you hold within - makes your environment. Make self-discipline an enjoyable experience. Success is a result of certain states of mind. The power to rule lies within you. Learn to use your will power so it becomes a mighty and magnetic force.

Tap into the inner energy field. Create a special magnetic field around yourself. Connect to what you love. Trust your powerful, personal Intelligence. Allow the Higher Self to have control. Demand wisdom so you may act wisely. Get closer to your Higher Self in every moment of your life. Ride the Waves of Good Fortune.

Bashar Mindfulness Exercise - Transformative Shifting

This is a very exotic and quite challenging mindfulness exercise that should prove how the reality is created. It is taken from Bashar - Daryl Anka - teachings.

Instruction how to use that symbol:

Hold the image at whatever distance from your eyes that is comfortable Imagine the spiral as if it is three-dimensional, as a cube sitting on top of the cluster of spheres. Certain lines are coming towards to you, some are coming away from you.

1. In the morning, while meditating on the image, say 4 times in succession:

I Desire to Define my Dedication to Detachment.

Go down and up the spiral 4 times.

2. See the spiral in the diagram as a 3D image.

When you do, it is a perfect time to do the following exercise because you are practicing going from a perception of two dimensions to perceiving 3-dimensions. This will teach you how to be able to perceive higher dimensions such 4D and 5D.

Follow the spiral down to the centre four times: once for each item in the affirmation.

3. DESIRE

Be open in a state of desire to explore more of who you are. Starting at the top, follow the spiral down to the centre while holding a state of desire and openness within you.

4. Stop at centre. Remain there for a moment. You will feel something, get something, get an idea, get info, a picture, or not. If you don't get something recognizably different, then you will eventually feel that it is time to go back up the spiral.

5. Whatever it is that you got while you were in the centre, add that to the second trip down the spiral.

6. DEFINITION

Now, we are focusing on the concept of your definition, looking for insight into your beliefs, into your  blueprint.

Follow the line down again into the centre, again hang there long enough, so that you can feel a slight flicker of information, then take that back up with you. If you get nothing stay there until you feel you've stayed there long enough, and then go back up.

7. DEDICATION

If you got something, then add that to the concept of dedication and dedicate yourself to go back down the spiral to be given more information, to clarify the vision, to make it more precise, make it easier to understand, to get another titbit, hear a sound, a smell, feeling or touch. Go down the spiral down with the concept of dedication.

8. DETACHMENT

Whatever you got, take it with you down the spiral the fourth time, now with the intention to detach from that which does not serve.

PART 2: Now use the circles diagram:

Read final affirmation (once out loud):

From the inner being, through sight, sound, touch and feeling are manifested the path, windows and doors to the unknown, which always lead back to the inner being.

(this amplifies, colours, spices what you did in previous exercise in a way that is tailored specifically for you in your imagination, your method of absorbing information.)

Buy a small journal.

All day, for the next 24 hours:

1. Write down any synchronicities
2. Note your dreams

In 30-90 days you will see an expanded increase in synchronicity, and more information, and awareness and inspiration coming to you about your core beliefs. And you will discover ways and techniques that will allow you the best possible way and the most powerful way to transform them and to transform your reality into that which is more aligned with what you prefer it to be.

This is an exceptionally powerful tool.

Do it ONCE a day, not twice.

Have fun, let it be powerful. Really sit with it, really mean it, really WANT to change. Take this technique to heart, and remember that as you do this, every day:

1. Feel yourself expanding.
2. See synchronicity increasing.
3. Notice your dreams magnifying, amplifying, and inspiring you.
4. Act on your highest joy.
5. Keep your body clear.
6. Collect "proof" that you need of the changes inside.

The journey from 3D to 4D: each word in the affirmation starts with “D”--together they form “4D”—4D is the bridge to manifesting – in other words, an inspiration from upper 4D has to pass through the lower 4D dimension of emotions to manifest on the physical plane.
