Indeed, we live in a crystalline age—though few realize it. Your phone, your watch, your satellite-guided life, all pulse with the silent rhythms of quartz. A crystal, cut to precise dimensions, resonates with astonishing accuracy. This is not mysticism; it is engineering. 

Yet the very science that entrusts the heartbeat of modern civilization to crystals often scoffs at the ancient knowledge that saw within them a deeper power.

Quartz is not merely a “rock.” It is a lattice of order, a frozen symphony of geometry, vibrating with an inner harmony that can store information, regulate time, and direct frequency. Silicon, the elemental soul of our digital world, is itself born of crystal. From the circuits of your smartphone to the core of your MRI machine, it is crystals that make our machines “think,” “sense,” and “see.”

So we must ask: if crystals can store memory, regulate time, and transmit signals across the planet, then why is it so implausible that they might also harmonize with the human energy field?

Pendulum Dowsing

Dowsing is an ancient form of accessing information beyond the intellect and conditioned mind. It is also a tool to develop subtle abilities such as intuition, insight, oneness, intention and focus. 

How does it work? Pendulum dowsing can connect us to the collective unconscious, bypassing our mind (and our conscious and unconscious desires) through the tiny nerves in our fingertips that have access to parts of the brain that are connected to the collective unconscious. 

The ‘collective unconscious’ (Akashic Records) is where all memory is stored and where all the probabilities are present. Our intention to draw specific information causes the tiny nerves in our fingertips to react and thus move the pendulum. This is called the ideomotor response. 

One has to agree that our nervous system has access far beyond our daily mind and thinking. It is a vast array of connections and interconnections, and if we see a brain as a hologram of a larger structure, we can comprehend how this works. 

For example - we know that our subconscious and unconscious can store the tiniest details of a street that we have walked only once, years ago, and present it under the hypnotic state accordingly - to which our conscious mind has no direct access. 

Thus, a pendulum can be used as a tool and direct link to our personal or collective unconscious - with those hidden truths and memories. Using a pendulum this way is called pendulum dowsing-- to find information.

This of course requires a trained, calm mind, where there is no superficial interference of random thoughts. Practising dowsing allows us to reach a deeper level of intuition. Pendulum can be seen as an assistive tool in gaining much more subtle skills as well as exploring our hidden potential.

My Story with the Crystal Stone Family

Crystal stones appeared in my life some 30 years ago, and I was touched by their natural beauty and variety of shape and color. I wouldn’t say I was hooked on them, it was an interest, yet some part of me said that there is much more to them than meets the beholder eye. 

I got some books and started to memorise and structure my knowledge around groups and families of stones such as clear quartz crystals, agates, jaspers and many others. With this came the knowledge and understanding of colors, chakras, and of metaphysical laws of the Universe. 

For some time I forgot - or have put aside crystal stones from my life, only to discover after many years that this was necessary - as my deep memory has been activating connections with the crystalline network of the Earth. I know - it sounds bizarre for the sceptical mind.

Anyway, when the time was right and ripe, I got some stones - those from a gem-shop and those from a wilderness, and started to wonder about their supposed powers. A part of me was still sceptical, a large part, yet I set off, regardless, to read and know as much as possible about their metaphysical use. 

A breakthrough came - to my down-to-earth mind - after reading about the work of Dr Marcel Vogel, a scientist involved in IBM company, and whose invention we use today such as the construction of hard drive discs. He later became interested in clear quartz crystals and their capabilities to store and project information. He presented that crystals connect us with higher dimensions and even the Source of all things, which he called Love. 

At this time I started to have very vivid dreams about crystal, vision of crystalline caves, vast networks of colorful crystal stones, otherworldly crystal palaces etc. In a way I read it as a sort of activation or an invitation to relationship with gemstones, and all stones, in fact. 

Well, yes, my husband was a bit taken aback when I started talking to the stones individually, or taking them on our trips and city breaks, yet he was tolerant, a bit curious and rather accepting this quirkiness - to such a point that he requested his share of stones - give me those that I need - he said. So I did and he did enjoy them and reported that they helped him in a time of stress. 

Yes, stones are first and foremost great stress relievers, as our mind can have something beautiful and mysterious to focus on and hold on in our hands. Their coldness and firmness soothes the nervous system, even if we do not believe in it. No quirky mystery there. However there is a deeper mystery. There is an aura of otherworldliness and we subconsciously feel there is something really precious or magical to discover. 

Indeed, when working with crystals it is required of you and us to be in a specific mode. Connecting to crystal stone energy requires a great deal of inner space that is clear of unconscious, disturbing intentions. They force us to awaken to a different perception, intuition and through this they are becoming awakened and activated. In the hands of our daily mind they are simply beautiful objects. We have to train ourselves in order to be able to tap into their deeper resources.

Each crystal has its own unique energy and story. Each crystal is unique. To study their abilities, properties, what they have to offer is to attune yourself to your own inner guidance and to be crafty in a mindful observation, with respect, tenderness and care. A Spirit of Oneness is required to be present in our mind, so we can change our perspective from separation to unification of all things. On this level, a great Web of Life is communicating, sending unseen information about everything to everyone in the Universe, via pathways of creation. 

First, I suggest - collect your crystals, a bunch of rocks, polished or unpolished, whatever is pulled towards you, whichever stones you are pulled towards. When you have about twenty, make a time-window, perhaps over a weekend, to dedicate it to your own crystal work. Get them out for the night. This is a good cleaning technique. They come ‘rejuvenated’, robust, there is really a great difference between a stone that has been out on the ground for several hours, preferably overnight, for the purpose of clearing and activation - in comparison with any other method. 

Choose a nice spot in your garden or in a woodland, somewhere near the roots of a tree. Ask all the elemental spirits, the Source and all spirits and energies of the highest resonance to cleanse and clear and rejuvenate the stones. Meditate for a few minutes, send your deepest gratitude, and receive a sort of message: of joy, a vibe of excitement. 

Next day, collect them, and in your own privacy get in touch with each one of them. Have a looking glass and a notepad to write down any insights, suggestions while contemplating a particular stone. Give it a name, so you can easily recognize what you have discovered. Feel them, see them under the Sun, as this is perfect - no other source of light can give you the pleasure of looking at the stones at close distance. 

Look at the color, shape, heaviness, structure, feel how they lay in your hands, having a completely empty mind, only noticing what you feel on a subtle level. 

In my case, actually I never ever was even able to ask, the stones sort of revealed to me what their best purpose is. It was a co-creation at its best, as I know it was certainly based on my knowledge of crystal stone uses, but it was also quite beyond this knowledge, and often I felt surprised by what came. What is also important is to be able to be and stay in a very innocent, playful, appreciative state of mind-body-soul; very relaxed, yet focused, having fun, yet doing some serious internal job. 

The nature spirits, of which stones are a visible part of, are extremely caring and friendly, but they can also be offended and resentful, believe me or not. If we are not ready, they will do no good to us. We need to achieve a certain level of awareness, a certain level of being humble, pure, open, and willing - to get to know them and to work with them. In this they can provide us with such a great amount of knowledge, inspiration, facilitating positive changes, and reassurance in times of difficulties. The practical and spiritual ways we can work with the stones are endless. Literally - endless, vast and infinite. 

It was such an amazing experience that I decided - we decided - I and the stones in my temporal, corporal possession - to write down my experiences, to encourage other people of goodwill - to try to have fun with going beyond our strictly material worldview, and make friends beyond the Veil. 

My Adventure with Crystal Stones

 I have been introduced to the stones quite early and deeply.

Then I did some exercises. 

Crystal Quartz Activation

To activate a quartz crystal you have to wake it up. First, cleanse it with a clear intent under running water, for a few seconds. Tap it dry with a clean cloth. Prepare a place for its activation - a small table with a tablecloth with no pattern on it. White is best. Choose an intention that you want to charge your crystal with.

Crystals exist in different densities at the same time. They are natural bridges between dimensions and different timelines. To activate the transcending capacity of a crystal you need to clear and focus your mind and intend Love into it. The frequency of Love is connecting everything in the Universe. 

Focus and Love creates a singularity vortex. This vortex projects your will and consciousness anywhere you intentionally want. The crystal will bridge the new pattern with the existing one. If the impulse is strong enough, it will force the old pattern to be replaced by the new intended pattern. 

In order to focus properly you need to get your brain into gamma waves. 

Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves. They occur when we are highly alert, intensely focused and ultra conscious. They range from 30 to 80 Hertz. They are the opposite to the Alpha or Theta brain waves when you work on a subconscious level, and your conscious mind is getting ready to sleep. 

A specific, intentional focus meditation with deep, rhythmic conscious breathing should get you into the gamma waves. Additionally, you may also use some steady music with solfeggio or binaural beats or tuning forks. 

To raise your vibrations to the Love frequency, use one of the loving kindness meditations. Strengthen the energy field around you and fill it with the highest quality of prana/qi. Sit in a dignified position. 

When you are in the gamma waves and have your crystal ready, press with your finger the receptive node or any area on the crystal surface you feel drawn to. Say or better - sing - your intention out loud. 

Start with small intentions and see how they work. Always have a common good in your mind. 

The energy of your focused mind and your heart connected to the Universal Field, projected through a crystal will structure the fabric of reality in a more convenient way for you.

Amazonite - Activation Procedure

Amazonite is a mineral of limited occurrence. The most common color is bluish green, while pure green is very rare. The cost of Amazonite increases with the luster and the brightness of the color. White lines that can be seen in Amazonite stones also make it higher in value. 

Be aware that there are many fakes sold in the market. 

Amazonite is a stone that should be discharged or cleansed every ten days with lukewarm running water. It should also be charged for a couple of hours in sunlight, at least once a month. 

It’s good to place Amazonite stone in the north area of your home or office. This will support positive energy flow when it comes to your career, finances and luck. 

If you need to have more confidence and prospects in business, Amazonite is a good stone to be programmed and worn as jewellery or in a pocket.  It also allows you to do business in an honest way and gain the trust of your clients.

After cleansing it and recharging put clear intention into your stone. Find its active and passive side, and activate it with your finger, by touching the active (masculine) side. Visualise your intention and say it out loud:

Whoever looks at you will be encouraged to have a brighter outlook in life. You are a boost of optimism and positivity. You allow to notice and attract more faith and competence. You clear away fears, doubts, and worries and replace them with reassurance and support.

You help us to stay thoughtful through all the twists and turns of life. You remind us to see blessings everywhere we go. Carrying you around allows access to an extra dose of lucky energy and happy synchronicities.

You encourage us to be bold and brave, to make our dreams come true, and to keep going until they do. Your very appearance exudes a strong confidence. You are known as the Stone of Success and Abundance. You are attracting good fortune and good luck, bringing true joy and happiness. 

You are an empowering stone, promoting practicality, business-like attitude with heart and compassion. You will remind me that my wealth can grow in many ways. You will remind me to make effective, practical choices, having a longer-term perspective on my resources.

Notice how you feel while saying those words. If there is a moment of hesitation or a mocking voice in the background, stop, realign yourself to a pure meditative state and repeat. It is important that your heart is open, soft and loving, your mind is peaceful and still, and only the pure intention is projected onto the stone. 

Crystal Stones - Introduction

The use of semiprecious stones and crystals has been valued for ages. Crystal healing is of course regarded as pseudo-scientific but I would suggest that the stones' natural beauty would rather have a positive effect on our psyche. Read the text on Scientific and Poetic Mind.

Many people claim that by wearing precious and semiprecious stones, they benefit from their subtle influence. These little natural gems are dug out from the belly of the Earth, they are minerals and have some electromagnetic weight to them.

A-Z Crystals and their Charms

Agate

Agates are protective stones, helping in difficult life situations, grounding inner balance, harmony and peace. They are also believed to strengthen self-confidence and vitality. While feeling anxious, it is good to hold two agates in both hands. 

Good for those who are often dealing with many people at once. Some agates encourage a healthy attitude to finance, attracting prosperity. 

Amazonite

A stone of prosperity, brings luck in gambling, helps in business ventures, attracts customers. Resolves inner conflicts, dissolves negative energy. Protects against unfairness in a workplace. 

To make a luck-charm, take three amazonites with a handful of lavender, basil or mint dried leaves and put it in a bowl on the most Eastern or South East windowsill. Leave there for a while and see if magic happens.

Amethyst

It has a calming and soothing effect on the heart and head. Harmonises, cleanses  our aura. Removes inner blockages, helps with headaches. It positively affects the entire head. Removes tension and stress. Balances the mind, enhancing both imagination and rational thinking. It also attracts creative and prophetic dreams, develops intuitions and protects against negative energy and addictions.

Aquamarine

Good for inflammation of the eyes, eyesight weakness, skin diseases, allergies, all complaints related to teeth and gums.

In esoteric terms it gives courage, clarity of thought, makes you happy without a reason, brings hope, brightness and light. 

Amber

Supports self-healing and immune system. Good for breathing problems, earache, toothache, thyroid ailments. A longer necklace helps with stomach ulcers. Helps fight hypertension. Bracelets are recommended to wear when under stress. It also helps to prevent memory loss, strengthens creative forces. 

A piece of amber washed in a cool water relieves pain, fever, swelling - just put it in the right place. It is said that smoke from amber incense removes viruses and bacteria in the room. It produces negative ions - very beneficial to humans, which have a toning and calming effect on the body. 

The effects of amber intensify if it is exposed to sunlight. 

Chalcedony

Brings positive effects in nervousness, irritability - has calming and soothing effect. Put this stone on sb's heart to calm down. Additionally, it strengthens the spleen and lungs, improves thyroid function, heals weakness, exhaustion. Good for pregnant women. Men carrying this stone in pockets have good relationships with women.

Chrysocolla

It transmits positive vibrations, introducing order and love in the family. It should lie in a prominent place to promotes peacefulness.
