Transform Your Worries into Victories

This exercise is about changing any worry you have into positive outcomes. It is possible, and it can be done. You can use this exercise anytime, anywhere. It deepens your Imagination, Mindfulness and Harmony. It allows you to have more presence in your body and control over your thoughts and feelings.

Transformation Box

Imagine a large elaborate box where you put all your worries for transformation. Your emotional energy is being transformed in this box into positive outcomes by the Universe. Send this box away - with the intention of transformation. You can trust. You can relax. Imagine that all your worries have gone into this box. Most of the tension is gone. You feel more soft, more light and bright. You feel more flexible. There is more clear space around you and within you.

The energy that your worries take - is released and transformed into positive outcomes, more and more. Release any uncomfortable feelings and imagine how it would be - to feel truly relaxed - truly at ease - with everything in your life.

Cosmic Hoover

Now imagine a big cosmic hoover of purple-golden color, beautifully designed. Its large tube with gemstones around is sucking all negative, bad, stuck energy from you. It has an enormous pull. You don’t need to be specific. Just imagine that all energetic, emotional debris is being sucked out of your body, your energy field. Again, feel a subtle, slight shift in you. More light and bright.

Do the same with your house. See it as if invisible yet dark and heavy debris is pulled away and sucked away from everything in your home, everything is being cleared and uplifted, everything is restored and rejuvenated to its original design of Love & Light.

You can imagine multiple tubes coming from this cosmic hoover, touching the troublesome areas in your body, energy field, in the rooms and corners of your house, from every object. Imagine this beautiful cleansing process with your inner eyes, feeling it all over your body and energy field. Cosmic hoover is removing all bad, stuck, negative energy inside out, restoring peace, harmony, bliss. Everything is uplifted, cleansed, and more cleared. You feel more calm, more clear, more light and bright.

Radiant Energy

Imagine now that from the center of every atom in your body and space - a strong wave of powerful and radiant particles is activated. It is filling every fibre of your being with amazing energy of peace, prosperity and bliss. It is immense and intense in a magnificent, positive way. All sparkling around you and within you, creating a strong energy field that is solid, stable and resonant with pure Source of Love & Light.

You may say: I am grateful that all my worries are transformed into victories.

Feel how you would feel if you were free from any worries. How would you feel? How would your life feel? Would you not be and feel - lighter, relieved, relaxed, brighter - in your body, mind and soul?

Imagine and feel this lightness and brightness surrounding you, and filling you up with waves of golden reassurance. A slight whisper: Everything is taken care of. Just relax. Trust. Allow yourself to feel light and bright.

Dancing Fairies

Hold those feelings and sensations for a moment or two. Breathe with a sigh of relief. It does feel good to be in this position. All worries are gone. Heavy load has been lifted from your shoulders. Imagine how it feels. A great sigh of relief. Inner smile appears. A smile of true and honest happiness. It is as if a light is shining through you and around  you. Beautiful, sparkling light, as if fairies were dancing around with a pure joy, playfulness, ease and innocent grace.

You feel uplifted, you feel lighter, you feel calm. You are in a restful state. You can easily take a long breath, and exhale. Relax into your wellbeing. It feels so good that you don’t even want to depart from this state. It is not a state of being simply carefree. It is a state of being cared for, and caring about yourself and your life, your life energy, deeply and completely.

Rest & Relaxation

You are so bright and light that you realize you will not allow any negative sensations to come to your mind - unnoticed. Because you feel brighter, more expanded, more full and whole, you are able to notice any changes in your wellbeing. And whatever you do and need to do, you can do with this lighter and brighter sensation, free from internal tension, free from years of worry.

Right here, right now you can rebel against all those things that made you feel down, internally. You can focus on how it feels to be at ease. You can handle everything better when you are in a peaceful, trusting state. Light and bright at the core of your being. This heavy cloud of worries has been uplifted from your view, and you can allow yourself to relax.

Ocean of Peace

Do everything in a relaxed way. Even if you need to speed up, there is a great ocean of peace surrounding you, holding you, clearing the way for you, facilitating your life. Allow this friendly ocean to be of assistance, allow yourself to be carried by its friendly, warm waves of unconditional love. Of trust, serenity and bliss. Your life is supposed to be blissful. This is our only responsibility. How can you make your life more blissful, easy, peaceful - for myself, others and everything around.

Loving Embrace

While you keep this worry-free state, this expanded state of your consciousness, all the matters that were a heavy load to carry are transformed into positive outcomes, often pleasantly surprising. You will feel more and more as if being carried through life in a loving embrace, in tune with universal life-force, sharing your pure and good feelings, discovering your talents and skills. Everything goes more smoothly, everything is in greater harmony and natural flow. If any uncomfortable feelings occur, put them in the transforming box. Your feelings and perceptions are transformed. Everything becomes more clear, more bright and light.

Monroe Institute Session

This is a moderated transript of one of the session that took place in the Monroe Institute.

An Explorer taking part in the Gateway Program is sending her consiousness beyond known space and time. She encounters other non-physical entites - on an evolved level of consciousness - and reports back what they are exactly saying, what they are communicating and what they are putting into words.

The aim is to help us understand our own consciousness, how it operates and how we can influence and change our perception to become more full, integrated, and evolved - ourselves.

Explorer:

There is much doubt. Doubt is the one thing that can prevent each individual from going further.
Doubt is something that is used from your normal awareness in order to not pay attention to other things that you have been trained to perceive.
Doubt is a defense live mechanism to keep order.
Doubt can be trained to stay away and to allow these new information to come forth.

Great impact upon the individual as well as upon others in your world is very much involved with words. You think in words, you put everything together in words.
There are other ways of communicating - working within the probabilities and utilizing the energies around  - to create states of awareness that will bring about those things that you decided to contemplate or goals that you wish to accomplish.

Take yourself into an environment (state) that tells you that you are worthy and wonderful. Be able to dismiss doubts and negative thoughts and to build and change your internal environment (state).

First step would be - to begin to see yourself open to the Universe, to feel the energy flow through the entire self. Once this begins and once the person becomes more aware of energy flowing, then the foreign aspect (installation) will not be quite so strong.

The individual will be able to visualize and to create. The ability for this nonphysical experience to be in flow is just as the energy when you find yourself on the path, and you keep going. This is what you can look forward - to be more of a CoCreator, to be much more aware of what it is that you desire to have before you.

This for each individual is of course quite different. The abilities are all latent but are now becoming more uncovered by the joining of physical and nonphysical energies. This should be felt on all planes: the physical, the mental, the emotional, the psychological - on all levels. You would then be working in a very conscious way to develop those attitudes, those physical realities and those psychological States that you so desire.

The world where every individual is a channel, this will someday be quite anordinary thing. That each individual will be quite aware and in constant communication with their nonphysical reality as well as with the physical - this will simply be taught and will be accepted as part of everyday life.

This tends to be the direction on which the evolutionary process is now taking. New sources of energy through minerals and the understanding of sound waves will be important, and everyday part of existence will be quite different from the way that you now experience yourself - as being totally separate.

Monitor:

To create my future would involve my knowing what I want the future to be. I don't know really what I want it to be. I don't think I understand enough of the big picture, but I want future to be something right. I have this desire to shape tomorrow for healing and happiness of myself and everybody else.
How can we best put that sort of thing into our daily lives, as we walk around in our practical affairs.

Explorer:

The most effective way of bringing those things you most desire is to hold them within your mind and to charge them with feeling.

The overall ideas such as love, such as healing that you mention are excellent to hold within your frame of Consciousness. To add to this your desire - the emotional response - is the energy you give to your direction.

There is really no way of influencing another except through the process of energy that includes accepting and loving that individual without condition. That is really the most spectacular way of making that influence felt, the most effective way of being the leader of the entire self including all possible aspects.

The individual portion of the personality that says I love you all, you are all equal, you are all good, I love you all - this brings all of the aspects, all portions of the personality drawn into receiving this love. And then will reveal themelves to the personality without fear of rejection. The trust is automatically there.

Love is indeed the main, the most beneficial, the most practical way of achieving anything you desire.
It is very good to hold that idea for all involved. To hold the idea that there is plenty around for everyone. That everyone can indeed live in abundance.

Also - keep focused on spontaneity within the present moment, and keep focused on total trust in the process. This would result in a state of mind of allowing everything to be as it is and at the same time open up to new possibilities.

These are very important elements of the creation in every moment. There is the spontaneity that is quite the factor that is involved with every moment. Things are not planned, they occur according to all those involved at the moment of creation. Trust is an essential portion of living and of experiencing
the feeling, the desire, the actual being of wellbeing of Love within this physical universe as well as in the nonphysical.

Monitor:

It seems to me that any individual who desires then to join this kind of state that you describe, can do it if he/she is totally or almost totally free from fear, from doubt and from judgment. If those three things or any of them are present - it seems they block the ability to join the stream of Evolution.

Explorer:

Those are three things that are always great barriers when creating any given moment. Harsh judgment is quite detrimental to bringing about anything more than what is currently happening. Ideas are very much always in a process of creation. Freedom to change ideas, your perceptions, to allow them to change and unfold - is exceptionally important.

***

What did I take from this?

Reduce your fears, your doubts, your judgement (especially fierce and negative one).
Become aware that ideas you hold about yourself and reality are only an ever evolving flows - they are not constant or constrain. You can change the reality and yourself in reality when you allow more loving thoughts, attitudes, and feeling towards whatever you feel and see and do.

Shake off that Trauma

Dr. James Gordon teaches people specific methods on overcoming emotional trauma, based on scientific research. His simple techniques have been helpful to many victims of war, abuse, accidents, street attacks, earthquakes and other cataclysms.

Here is a slightly modified version of what he recommends:
  1. Get yourself in a safe place, when and where no one will disturb you.
  2. Stand up, put your feet and shoulders apart and start shaking your feet, one after another. Start shaking up your legs and then let that move up through your whole body. If you feel a nudge to act like a furious animal, pulling faces, making noises - do. Let your hands go floppy, shake your head, allow yourself to be awkward. Do it for at least two minutes. Let your body shake on your own - after your conscious invitation (your body has a mind of its own, gestures and movement with clear intention help it understand what you are asking for).
  3. Pause for a minute. Be aware of your breathing. Notice how you breathe. Simply put your attention to breathing and you may deepen it, making a few sighs on exhale, helping your body to unlock. At the same time, affirm in your mind that you are safe and secure, right now.
  4. Put your favorite, uplifting music on. Invite your body to dance to its rhythm. (I recommend Twist and Shout or other early Beatles songs.). After a while, you may feel like laughing, crying or both at the same time. This is a sign that the frozen emotions that got stuck in your nervous system because of the trauma - are being released. By doing this you're essentially sending a  message to the fear centers in your brain that you are safe to be yourself. This turns on that parasympathetic system.

People with frozen trauma in their nervous system think they shouldn't be enjoying themselves.
"When you shut down a difficult emotion you go into a frozen state’ - says Dr. Gordon . "It is a way of protecting yourself against anything similar to a traumatic event. However the emotion gets stuck and it shuts down a range of possible responses. Your whole emotional life becomes limited."

What is Evil?

Before we ask the question - Why is there evil? - we need to ask the question - What is evil?

In its pure context - it is everything that makes a disturbance in energy flow, a distortion.

Pure Consciousness, purely in Love and Light, perceives/feels/sees/ a disturbance in the energy field. There is disharmony, a feeling of unease, contraction, tension, entrapment even.

We also see it on our human level. It is anything that makes us feel uncomfortable. For this reason we tend to avoid it. It is a natural process - avoiding suffering. How we do this process makes all the difference. We can look into the eyes of the beast, whatever it is - knowing it does no good, but not be moved emotionally/energetically because we are rooted in a strong foundation of pure spirit. We meet this evil with compassion, grace, understanding, forgiveness, neutrality, and action if necessary or possible.

Evil is anything that feels oppressive.

Here comes the misconception of Freedom - doing whatever one wants, including doing evil - being oppressive, repressive - in any way - to other creatures. It seems to us there is no freedom when we can only do good, when we cannot choose evil. Absolutely true. This is what Freedom is. But if we want to take a step in the evolution of consciousness we must choose Freedom from evil, from negativity, from negative polarity. The downward spiral is thinking that evil is equal to goodness. The upward spiral is knowing that you want to be free from evil, that is - from disharmonious thoughts, attitudes, feelings and deeds. We all want that, but the truth is we do this by looking at the externals instead of the internal, where evil hides.

Evils is anything that thinks that it can do whatever it wants, including bringing suffering to others.

Evil is a big life's misery. Something troubling you - you feel bad, it is evil for you. The question is how are you going to deal with it. Because clearly there is some disturbance in your life, and you feel this way. So what are you gonna do about it?
Anchoring yourself in the Love and Light frequency allows evil to dissipate, to dissolve, to melt away, to transform, to dim and diminish.

So, the most important thing is - how you perceive and conceive Freedom.

Freedom to do anything you want, thinking anything you want, regardless of consequences, regardless of how the other ‘I’ feels?

or

Freedom from anything that is not pure Love & Light?

Both are valid in the process of Creation, but the first one is a distorted Creation, and the second is pure Creation. But as we incarnate here, we are confused about the two options.

Understanding Autonomic Nervous System

When we feel unsafe our nervous system has a way to get activated in order to respond to threats. This is the sympathetic nervous system activation. It leads to physiological changes in the body with the 'fight-flight-freeze' automatic behaviour.
Our nervous system also has a natural ability to calm down. This is called the parasympathetic nervous system response. It slows things down, and it helps the body to return to a state of calm, safety, nurture, and healing. It is called 'rest and digest' state, or 'feed and breed' - for our cells - they get the signal to function properly and maintain wellbeing or recover from stress. It slows the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, loosens muscles, especially around the eyes and strengthens the immune system. I also call this state 'recover and discover' as we are more willing to be playful, to be interested in things in a peaceful manner.

Both of these states are crucial in our lives, but what has been missing is the balance between the two. We are used to living more in the tense 'state of fight-flight-freeze' rather than in the relaxed state of 'rest and digest'.  And the part of our nervous  system that we use the most becomes the strongest.

Healthy nervous system alternates between those two states easily. It goes through a cycle of activation - being alert, getting motivated, performing a task, dealing with challenges. Then it should switch to relaxation mode - taking a break, shaking off the stress, mind and body relaxation, rejuvenating walk, exercise or bath, refreshing meal, healthy sleep.

What is more important - a healthy nervous system tends to spend more time in the calm state than it does in the activated state.

Peter Levine, an American psychotherapist, and the creator of somatic therapy, explains this process using an example of a polar bear, peacefully doing its thing. Suddenly a group of researchers chase him down with a helicopter and shoot him with a tranquilliser dart. We can imagine this must have been really stressful for the bear, and he was lying down helplessly while the researchers were examining him.

The bear had experienced a traumatic event, perceived as a threat. However, after the researchers left and the tranquilliser diminished from his bloodstream, he started to shake violently. His whole body was shaking for a few seconds or minutes. It was his nervous system's natural response to burn off the excess stress - the adrenaline that surged through his body when he was trapped.

So after shaking for a while, the bear walks off almost as if nothing happened to him, with no visual effects from the sudden experience. He returns to a natural state of calm and wandering around.

This switch between two parts of our autonomic nervous system is important for emotional release from the body. Otherwise the tension the emotion has caused gets stuck in the body.

So, we should be in a peaceful and calm state, most of the time. We go on alert, to get things done efficiently, when things need to be done. Then we calm down, rest, and play. Some of our daily tasks can be playful, they do not require special effort.

If there has been a lot of effort involved, psychological or physical, then afterwards we should shake it off. In humans a healthy response to emotional overload is laughing, crying, exercising, running, eating. In unhealthy response this will be over-eating, drinking, numbing ourselves further with workaholism, shopoholism, or being more and more aggressive.

As we humans are different from other mammals, having this huge cortex in our brains, the thinking part that helps us to plan, think things through, have self-control,  it often gets in the way of the natural response.

We think it is too embarrassing to act like a child for a while. Our mind and social conditioning avoids these raw, untamed emotions, as they interfere with our image of being serious adults. So emotional stress gets trapped in the body, in the muscles and organs. We carry them around with us, and our hormones get out of balance.

We try not to think about them, and not to feel them, we try to cope with stress, but our inner body holds the tension. This disallows us to be fully conscious, to have a clear mind and a light, buoyant body. We become nervous, withdrawn, scattered,  shy, make mistakes, and make wrong decisions.

New emerging somatic psychology and other alternative therapies point to a Tension and Trauma Release exercises where 'stuck from the past' emotions can be finally processed and released from the body. Those emotions are like a deep grief, shame, guilt, fear that we often cannot explain. Some memories may emerge but it is not often the case.

Intentional physical activity is a powerful tool at resetting our nervous system and healing anxiety, releasing tension and trauma. For example, yoga has been shown to be a more effective treatment for PTSD than most prescribed medications. Those treatments also include acupressure, massage, dancing, deep and slow breathing. What all those things are doing is rebalancing the nervous system, putting it in a natural order, more and more.

After some time of practising a special set of exercises there is a growing sense of lightness and natural joy. People often feel like a new, freshly born person, very different from what they used to be. Their posture, expression and demeanour changes, they glow and radiate with positive energy, are more creative, have authentic self-esteem, relationships improve.

Unresolved trauma or chronic stress can leave us trapped in the sympathetic response for a long time. This causes imbalance in the nervous system. It gets stuck in high levels of stress, rarely going towards calm and rest. It's like the thermostat that gets turned up, gets overheated, and it may blow or switch off (freeze) when things are too overpowering.

The sympathetic nervous system takes over, and we may feel constantly anxious,  may see danger or threat everywhere, and find it very difficult to relax. This leads to feeling fatigued, exhausted, depressed. We often go into the high alert mode unconsciously, with outbursts of anger or trashing with rage, and this leads to being stuck in the mad cycle forever.

It is also not healthy to be on high alert all day long, and then collapse at home or to  rely on occasional relaxation to recharge. We need to learn how to regulate our nervous system throughout the day, also.

How to switch that parasympathetic, calming response? How to re-learn to have balanced nervous system, throughout the day?

Doing short breaks is of vital importance. Simply switch off, and stop what you are doing. Stop thinking, start feeling inner sensations. Turn your attention towards your inner body.

After a while, do simple body based exercises:
- a few deep breaths
- tensing and then softening muscles
- twisting, stretching, jumping
- shaking off

Our nervous system has an ability to change and grow depending on how we use it.
We can influence our chemical balance, electrical activity, physical structure and genes. Learn to have this influence on your nervous system. Train it to activate when you need to wake up, perform tasks, and calm down and rest, being idle, when it's time to relax, restore, rejuvenate, repair and rest. We can train our brain to feel good and safe, and thrive, instead of being constantly in the mode of mere survival.

How to spot a narcissistic person?

There is a specific energy field around some people that makes you feel instantly on guard, with a sense of deep unease. You know they carry such an amount of self-importance that is over-leaking, and becomes overbearing - for those around.

It is such an emotional charge that we often do not know how to react, and if we are unconscious - it can harm our own sense of self worth, for some time. Psychology developed a term narcissistic personality disorder

The main theme is a field of arrogance. Arrogant thought-forms surround such a person: 'I know better', 'My opinion is the ultimate one', 'There is no discussion about my opinion, because you are a low-life, so I do not consider what you think at all', 'You are no one to me, I can hardly tolerate you, but you may come in some use to me'.

There is a lack of connection. Narcissistic people are not interested in anyone else but themselves. If they show some interest - it is because it serves their self-interest, their self-admiration. They may help you - but it will be felt as they are your saviour, and 'you-stupid-little-thing' did not know how to do things.

They have a wall of self-importance around them, and they will lower it a bit only if they see you as an object worthy of their attention. And they treat you as an object - their own material possessions are more worthy than you.

As they crave admiration - they will often chase all the wordy possession that the culture considers as the ultimate goal of life - great look, superb intelligence, many talents, and of course all the lovely possessions - house, garden, car, career, travel around the world. Your jealousy is their fuel. It does not mean that they will acquire all those things, but they will chase them anyway.

We all are sometimes cocky, patronising and demanding, but narcissistic people are only sometimes not that way. There is hardly ever any conversation that is felt as mutual - a sharing of opinion. They do not take the slightest criticism of their opinion, because they are deeply identified with them.

They don't HAVE an opinion - they ARE the opinion. And because of that, everybody that does not agree to it - is diminished, told off, ridiculed, mocked. Narcissistic person feels and thinks they are the ultimate judge of what is going on in the whole of the Universe.

Others, in this Universe, are a mere mean to their survival. So they may slow down the arrogance towards the closed ones, being even very smarmy - in their strategy - to bring more adoration and admiration which they crave the most.

I have encountered a few such personalities, and they had a very strong impact on my life. I did not know how to react to such behaviour. As I learned to know my own emotions, and the emotions of the whole of humanity - for that matter, as we all have similar ones - it is easier to handle such energy.

I spot them on the go - in a supermarket, on the street. Previously I would feel a sense of fear that they want you to feel when you around them. Not anymore. This energy is like a toy in a window shop. Not the person, but the energy they carry. Very peculiar. I respect the person, but their energy is grotesque

And if you ponder if you might be narcissistic yourself - because of the high level of self-esteem, there is one more hint: a narcissistic person would never ask this question to oneself. No self-reflection. Just a walking snub-nose opinion.

You Talk - I Listen

Talk To Me - I will Listen

It is a project that involves empathy - You talk - I listen. You may talk about whatever you want.

It is usually for half an hour talking session.

You can talk and be free in whatever and however you want to express yourself. Talk about your pain, talk about your success, talk about your dissapointments, talk about your interests. I am sure you will feel better after talking session.

Just being listened to - with true care and attention - feels so great!

I have diploma in couching and counselling and am a compassionate listener. You can talk and it all will be heard. It is easier to talk to strangers than closed ones. We have no co-relation, no emotional entanglement, we can be free to talk about everything - without judgement. I am a real person, not an AI something. I have been practising journaling for over two decades, and I kow what voices arise in our heads. You will feel rrelieved, uplifted, because I show you value in yourself.

What is hurting you? What are your problems? Your life nuances? Perhaps we will find a different perspective. Talking to someone who will not judge you feels so good.

There is no adverts, no hidden agenda, simply two human beings - having a real and deep conversation, when you do most of the talking, I will listen and talk only when you want to.

You can be assured of intimacy, privacy, respect, genuine interest in you. We can talk aboyt your feelings, your job, your firneds, whatever you want. Simply talk, and let all this stuff out. Clear your system.

I am not an English native speaker, so you can also train your English with me - it is more comfortable than with native speakers.

Perhaps you hava a topic that none of your mates is interested to. I will. Because I am indeed interested in many things, and know a lot about many things. But most importnantly - It is because I am interested in you.

For half an hour you have my full attention. It is only you that counts, what you feels, what you want to say and there will be no judgement, only support.

You will be a star in this conversation and it will make you feel better.

Obsessed and Possessed

It is of high intricacy, that people in general, especially those in power, and especially those in power of work and business but also those in political power - care more about things than people

How has it become that we, as humans, have lost our minds in ‘things’ - material objects and possessions (also experiences that we can show off on social media) more than in the care of our fellow humans?

‘Having’ has become an obsession

Ownership has become an obsession. Abundance of things that nobody really wants and needs. Preoccupation with possession.

If a CEO and a company board cares only about profit for the shareholders and themselves, and does not care about the working conditions of the employees - there is something inherently wrong.

People are commodities in this system

People are resources - managed by Human Resources departments - just like coal, copper, and other minerals. We, as people, have a market value, and we all have worth - those shown in our bank account. This is the reality in which we are born in most of the places on this planet.

How it has come that we put profit first, ‘having’ first, 'possessing' first, before people’s well being, and Nature well being? We have forgot about ‘being’. What this 'being' is and what it wants. We employ ‘doing’ from the 'having' perspective, not 'being' perspective.

Employees, workers and natural resources that bring profit should be the first and foremost aim of any company and corporation. Respect for the human being and Nature should be the first principle of any business and economy.

We think we own things - whilst things own us - if we think that way

We become possessed - obsessed with possessions. We think we make room for the economy to grow by producing and buying myriads of things.

The obsession with things goes into the political scene as a perceived ownership of the land, and the craze about it. Nationalism is a sickness of the human mind.

We are stewards of the land, caretakers, not owners We do not own anything, even our bodies. We are supposed to take care of our bodies, everybody and everything around, especially the land - and treat it with respect. Treat everything with respect.

Meanwhile we are taught to praise ‘things’ more than any other human being. We see them through the eyes of possession. Not only what they have (including a job), how they look (what they wear), but also to what extent we can use them (as objects) to meet our desires, goals, aims.

Our profit is what matters most, the rest can go to hell

Well, we need them, people, so we don’t send them to hell, they are means to our profitable lifestyle. We treat them with superficial kindness, pretending that we care about them, whilst thinking they are mere objects hanging out in space. And they should be ready for us to use them when we need them. This is the kind of thinking most of us are infiltrated with.

We are souls that have been contracted into believing that ‘things’ are more valuable and important than others souls, self-aware parts of Consciousness, be it human, animal, plant or any other organic form of life. How sad it is.

Things we possess and produce should be tools for improvements of the Souls and their material manifestation. Otherwise it is an infestation with a sick attitude and intention that does not understand the Spirit - an inherent value of unconditional Love. It is a mechanical force that makes our mind trapped in a mechanical circle, making our heart believe that possessions are more important than loving kindness, true care and gentle treatment of humans, animals, Earth.

Ask yourself sincerely - do I treat people like objects?

A mere means to make my life feel better? A mere means to make my fantasy-life?Do I want them to be in a certain way so my glory can be revealed and admired and my will can be done upon them? Does my mind think of other people as quirky distortions, or those little poor things? Is this person an object of my interests, worthy of my attention, love? Can I discard people in my life like things? Can this person provide me the love and attention that I desire?

We crave to own things, the same as we crave to own people - so we can make ourselves feel better, to fill the void that is in our hearts. We praise ourselves for owning more than others (including talents) and thus can look at them with superiority and scorn - a vanity of feeling and thinking that I am better than others.

I am better than others

We all secretly think this, and feel this way. We are taught to handle our lives in this way - to be better than others - and to chase things, because they are the most important thing in society. Showing off a new car, a better house, a lavish decor, an exotic holiday, a professional accomplishment, a societal level, a better job - is the sole and most prime aim of life for individuals. Chasing, rushing, running. Busy. Busy. Busy. (If we are not - there is a secret part in our mind that will fill us with guilt.)

To feel kindled by other people's presence - this is something we are truly not accustomed to. This feels weird and uncomfortable. ‘Things’ do not speak (unless it is Alexa) do not have feelings, thoughts, dreams. They are manageable (as it occurs - not always - things can be pretty annoying too).

So, how were we designed to live and to love?

Surely not to love things. One part of our intention should go with care towards ourselves, this is obvious - as our mind has been hijacked. But the other side should go with care and compassion towards others, other living Souls. Not THINGS. It is pure common sense. Come on!

Of course, in the world when almost everybody is preoccupied with possessions, even possessing friends (getting self-importance for those who you know and mingle with) - it is difficult to function otherwise. Yet still we may use things as tools, to install a different kind of attitude. It starts a clearing process in our minds uninstalling the pitiful, robotic, false version of ourselves.

Sit quietly for a few moments, and:

Praise and appreciate all the people that have made things you have - clothes, furniture, items. Do it consciously. Go to your house, office desk. Make a little quiet space in your mind. Run your internal resources to see in your mind’s eye all those people who have made an effort to deliver those things to you. See, with respect, the delivery man and dispatch team, see the production team, see the designer team, see the business team, see the miners team - and thank them with the sincerity of your heart.

Praise every meal you have ever had, and all those people and Nature forces that provided it to you. Run through your mind and see with loving care - all those people picking the fruits and vegetables, see the farmers, see the animals, see the whole complex network of business that has provided every single food item into your mouth, to sustain your energy. Wish them all the best. Bless them. Bless your food and every being that has ever contributed to it.

Let yourself truly forgive all negative thoughts you have ever had regarding other people. Run through your life, and do feel sorry that there were moments of unconscious weakness - sending thoughts of hatred, scorn, disregard, even to the close and loved ones. Forgive yourself and forgive others - because they make the same mistake, unconsciously.

Make a clear statement that you prefer to feel clear, lucid and loving intentions about other people. Use discernment and resonance instead of judgement and disapproval. It is hard because we are, again, not accustomed to it. But ask yourself a simple question - do you prefer to live in a dog-eat-dog society? No? Do you want to put blame on others? No? Start with yourself. Clear yourself first. And have fun with it. Damn-right seriousness is overstated. Don't be murky, be more light and bright. Allow more brightness into your mind.

Those practises will not turn your inner and outer world around instantly, but it is worth exercising your own power (life-force energy) this way, whenever you can.

We are pure Souls, not poor Souls

We are pure Souls that have been tricked into seeing the world through a corrupted version of the Creation. The enslavement of the ego-mind goes on as long as we allow it. It slips through as we merely stay aware of ourselves, of our inner world, of our real intentions.

Wake up. Be the change you want to see in the world. Put respect for yourself and others first. Respect things that are temporarily under your care (not possession).

Respecting others, when they are still asleep jerks - is difficult, yet possible. It requires an evolving level of compassion - on your side.

Do not demand things. Ask what you can give.

Slowly but surely a new world, a New Earth will emerge for you, and thanks to you, also for others. They will start to awaken and see where the real value is. We start to see, sense and feel what true Freedom is, what true Joy is, what true Love is.

Dealing with the Bad Days

The worst thing we can apply to ourselves when we have a bad day, our body feels a little down, is to shout at it - internally., and force it to feel good.

Because the 'ego-mind' (lower-self) tricked us using the positive emotions that we always have to feel good, it uses our mind's perception that there is something wrong with us when we feel less than good. We think we have to quickly get ourselves back on track of positivity. Yes, that is partially true - but how we do it is important.

So when you feel bad, have a very bad day, or even a slightly bad day, grumpy feeling, lousy mind, your body feels tired - please be as gentle with yourself as possible. Notice it. Do not resist and react like this is something wrong. No, it isn;t, it is the way it is.

Sometimes we feel great, sometimes we feel down. Allow both. Observe yourself in both situations. Both are of the same source, our ‘lower brain’. What we should aim for is a state of gentle neutrality, of kindness, of compassion - no matter what. We often forget or not even taught that we need empathy towards ourselves - first and foremost.

Overenthusiams and depression/fatigue are really two sides of the same coin.

When we indulge ourselves with feeling great - we will go through a down cycle with more resistance (feeling more pain and suffering). Always striving to feel great, makes our bad days - worse. Because we live on a planet where everything goes in cycles, the only thing we can control our states of mind is to reduce the intensity of the polarity, reducing the gap, making it more harmonious and natural. It will sort itself out.

If we try to control our mood and vitality by judging that this one is good the other one is bad, we lose ourselves in a more and more hellish cycle

On those bad days treat yourself like a baby, an innocent child, or a lovely pet animal. Take care, slow down, pay more gentle attention, use kind words in your internal dialogue. Treat yourself with gentle, tender loving care on those days when you feel less than good.

Also, let's remember not to get caught in the overjoyed state, and let's not crave it. Otherwise it will stab you in the back, when natural homeostasis of your body will want to make for the imbalance and put you down, in response, in some time in the future.

Also notice when others have a bad day.

Do not require, especially from loved ones, to be of a certain joyful disposition, all the time, and be surprised when one day they are not. Our society puts a huge demand on positive expression and there is almost no room to be of reflective, introverted nature. This seems sad and out of tune (out of tune with the societal demand to always feel good).

We need both - times of healthy and happy expression and times of 'stopping the world', of quiet, still impressions. Moments or days of reconciliations with our inner pain, hurt or dissatisfaction. Everyone has those. Without the second our happy days seem inauthentic, false and forced. And we can sense it in ourselves and others.

No wonder that mental health problems are on the increase. We need to learn how to go through lower cycles in our mood with greater care, and lessen the demand to always feel great

Sound Healing Frequencies - Hz

Sound has very healing properties.

We all know that music has a deep effect on us. However, if we are talking about the healing side of sound we need to stop thinking in terms of entertainment. Pure frequencies have a variety of benefits on a real neurobiological level.

One of the primary purposes of sound therapy is to help ease many mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress, and depression.

Healing sound frequencies work by creating a steady rhythm or pitch that helps to change the brain waves and reach for a new neural pathways in our nervous system. Those activated pathways intrinsically connect us to a sense of calm and well being and improve our resilience to stress.

Because it increases and strengthens our ability to relax - an ability that many of us have lost - it connects us to our feelings that promote harmony, calm, peacefulness, and with practice - feeling of inner bliss - a natural internal joy.

It is one of the most easy and effective self-soothing techniques. Some people prefer a green sound - the sounds of nature - like rain, ocean waves or forest birds. Other people may prefer not to refer to any particular tones in nature or instruments but simply a steady sound that does not bring to mind any images.

Daniel Bowling, PhD, a neuroscientist from Stanford School of Medicine, had studied the biological foundations of music for more than a decade. He finalised his research by saying: Anyone who has ever felt moved by music should take it seriously and actively seek out ways in which music and sound can improve their condition.

Brain Waves

Our brain is constantly performing many processes including thinking, focus, memory, and much more. During these activities brain cells produce rhythms called brain waves.

When we go to bed and read for a few minutes before attempting sleep, we are likely to be in low beta. When we put the book down, turn off the lights and close our eyes, our brainwaves will descend to alpha and theta and finally, when we fall asleep, to delta.

Delta frequency (0.5 to 4 Hz),
Delta waves are high amplitude neural oscillations with a frequency between 0.5 and 4 hertz and are typically associated with brain activity when we sleep. They found to be helpful in soothing dementia.

Theta frequency (4-8 Hz)
Demonstrating promising results for treating anxiety.  This brain state has shown the ability to promote a feeling of overall well-being among study participants.

Schumann frequency (7.8 Hz)
It correlates with our brain when it is in the 'zone' state. It it can benefit in an office setting.

Alpha frequency (8 to 12 Hz)
Our brain is producing alpha waves when we are in a restful yet awake state, when we are experiencing the “flow state”, a calm focus, creatively engaged in the present moment.

Beta frequency (12 to 30 Hz)
They are produced in an awaken state of mind and logical thinking. Have a stimulating effect which allows us to do everyday tasks.

Gamma frequency (30 to 100 Hz)
They mainly occur when you’re highly alert and conscious. High levels of gamma waves make us happier and more receptive and improve concentration and working memory.
Low levels of gamma waves may develop cognitive problems, lower attention span, and mental abilities. They can lead to learning disabilities and mental disorders.

All those above Gamma frequencies are said to have an extra positive influence on our nervous system. Humans can hear the frequencies between about 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz.

***

The suggested listening time of the below frequencies is a minimum of 15 minutes a day. You can do it any time of the day, even while you are doing something, but the best experience is to sit down in a meditative state. Allow the sound to be immersed in you and harmonised from within.

Doing a quiet humming voice on your own to resonate with a particular frequency enhances its benefits.

110 Hz

While we can hear in the range of 20 to 20,000 Hz, the most essential sounds we pay attention to are in the range of the human voice. which is around 110-111.  Many ancient and prehistoric temples were built to facilitate sounds in this frequency range.

EEG test results have shown this frequency activates the right hemisphere of the brain, responsible for the creative and intuitive aspects.  It also calms the language  centres of the brain, which lessens mental chatter and facilitates 'inner silence'. It helps to lower down the negative thought-loops.

A pilot study examined the effects of 110 Hz on the brain and found that listening to this frequency caused an increase in prefrontal lobe activity that may aid in emotional processing while promoting relaxation.

This frequency activates a self-restoration and regeneration mode of our nervous system. 110 - 111 Hz calms the amygdala - the main signaler of fight-flight-freeze automatic response.

'Angelic' frequencies:

They are usually refereed to the repeating digits, but all of the high frequencies have very high vibrations and angelic-like qualities of patience, harmony, compassion, higher understanding and perspective. It is difficult to pinpoint their meaning and benefits, and it is best to experience them on your own.

111 Hz

Well known in the sound therapy community as a frequency that facilitates cellular rejuvenation. It is also the frequency difference between each of the Solfeggio tones in order.

Associated with the production of endorphins, hormones that elevate the mood. It can increase feelings of well-being and empathy, improves focus and memory, enhances spiritual experiences, clarity and trust.

222 Hz

This frequency helps to bring balance, harmony, and peace, especially in relationships.

333 Hz

Associated with healing, guidance and spiritual growth, helps to connect with spiritual energies, ascended masters, higher inner wisdom.

It is said to recalibrate our DNA, opening to a new state of consciousness, cleanse and reprogram our mind, transforming us into a new person. It exposes us to a new way of life – from a higher point, more generous, kind, naturally loving, living in high vibrations.

It amplifies our thoughts and feelings, allows to express ourselves joyfully and positively in the world, while emanating and attracting happiness.

444 Hz

This frequency is associated with the angelic realm and is believed to help individuals connect with the energies of the angels and receive their divine guidance. It helps to turn our ideas into reality.

999 Hz

According to Tesla’s beliefs, 999 Hz is associated with spiritual awakening, divine connection, and transformation.

It is thought to help individuals connect with their inner wisdom, access higher states of consciousness, and facilitate personal growth and transformation.

OTTO frequencies

The most popular tuning forks are the Otto series. They derived their frequency from Earth, called the Schumann Resonance (SR), which, at its fundamental level, is 8 Hz (precisely 7.83 Hz).

Schumann Resonance is an electromagnetic resonance produced by lightning - thunderstorms activity in Earth's atmosphere, ranging from 3 Hz through 60 Hz. The resonance modes are spaced between 6.5 Hz intervals, attributed to the spherical geometry of the Earth atmosphere. To detect Schumann resonances special antennas are needed.  8 Hz and 16 Hz are not picked up by our ears.  The first Otto frequency we can hear is 32 Hz - an octavised 8 Hz.

Why the name 'Otto'? Otto means “eight” in Italian. The number has been considered  in many cultures auspicious, and signifies eternity, an eternally reproducing pattern. In German it is a male name meaning “ rich”, and the German physicist who discovered the Shumann Resonance was Winfried Otto Schumann.

Some derive the name from the osteophonic 'weighted' tuning forks, that make a wonderful resonance while placed upon any bone structure in the human body.

The most popular in osteophonic healing (osteo from Latin means bone) are a set of three:

Otto 32, Otto 64 and Otto 128
or
Otto 128, Otto 256 and Otto 512

Medical doctors use 128 Hz and 512 Hz tuning forks to test a patient's hearing.

OTTO Octave series:
0-1-2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-512-1024-2048-4096-8192-16384-32768

128 Hz

This frequency is regarded as the Master Tuning for healing sound frequencies and one of the most common. It induces grounding, calming the senses, loosening and smoothing nervous, muscle and fascia tension, coming back to yourself, regaining strength, courage, confidence, safety and trust.

Within the Otto configuration it corresponds to the root of the scale, and in the physical body the areas below the navel and in the pelvis. It has strong emotional significance, and can be seen as a gift opening access to Natural Tuning. It brings the body into the natural basic vibration, a homeostasis.

Maria Renold wrote a whole book upon her research Of Intervals, Scales, Tones and the Concert Pitch C = 128 Hertz  dedicated to this frequency. Rudolf Steiner called this frequency a prime note

It is the standard pitch of universal music, the pure tuning model. It can create a mood that not only allows us to walk on this Earth in a more confident way but also allows us to tune into cosmic / spiritual dimensions.

Healing effect and benefits may include: reduction of pain in bones and muscles, balancing hormones, fluid flow, increased mobility and vitality.

Especially helpful on and around stiff or painful joints.

The combination with 256 Hz and 512 Hz creates a resonance that can break up stuck energy. This can be done on a person's biofield, moving slowly towards the body, from 2-3 metres, starting with lower 128 Hz around the pelvis region.
Use 256 Hz around the chest/heart region, and 512 Hz tuning fork around the head.

More about 128 Hz:

369 Hz

It is said, Nikola Tesla believed in the significance of the numbers 3, 6, 9, as being related to a 'universal vibrational frequency'.

By understanding the use of these numbers, we can unlock the secrets of life and tap into the pool of life's infinite energy and potential.

432 Hz

Some sound theorists and musicians claim that the 432 Hz tuning has better effects on the human body, than the acknowledged 440 Hz.

It promotes a state of relaxation and calmness, reduces mental fog and increases concentration. Others believe it can help attract luck, money, wealth and health. It is said to be the same as the vibrational frequency of the Earth, the Sun, and even our DNA.

It resonates inside our body, releases emotional blockages and expands our consciousness, allowing us to tune into the wisdom of the Universe.

For some listeners, the benefits of 432 Hz music go beyond an experience of physical relaxation and emotional well-being as it can alleviate chronic pain and other physical symptoms.

528 Hz

It reduces oxidative stress in brain tissue. Prolonged exposure to this sound frequency reduces anxiety and increases testosterone which promotes healthy action.

It can assist in internal healing. It stimulates the body on a cellular level  encouraging regeneration and well being.

It is also known as a Love frequency. It can improve your mood, attract positive thinking and feeling, which resonates with higher vibrations.

636 Hz

Frequencies over 636 Hz resonate with internal feeling of well-being as they tap into the subconscious, evoking positive physiological, emotional and mental responses.

It slows down breathing and heart rate and lowers blood pressure. Deepens sense of connection to a larger whole, inspires reverence, awe and appreciation. Enhances inspiration and creativity. Fosters feelings of natural joy, meditation and stillness.

It also elevates the vibration of a room by decreasing stress mode and increasing serenity.

936 Hz

Associated with deeper healing and spiritual growth.

It is not a part of the traditional solfeggio frequencies but has gained attention among the proponents of sound healing and alternative therapies.

Often referred to as the Third Eye Chakra frequency, it is believed to stimulate and activate our intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness.

1074 Hz

The “Spiritual Frequency”

This high pitch frequency once again helps with spiritual growth and awareness, enhance intuition, and improve communication with higher consciousness, deepening understanding of life.

1174 Hz

The “Balance Frequency”

A higher alternative of the 528 Hz frequency helps to balance energy centres in the body, promote mental clarity and alertness, and enhance creativity and productivity.

1152 Hz

Helpful for spiritual purification and to help us access higher spiritual realms. It is said to help release negative thoughts and emotions, allowing us to see the world in a more positive light.

2172 Hz

Less known solfeggio frequency and it is related to spiritual enlightenment, transcendence and ascension.

Some sources suggest that this frequency helps in the spiritual awakening process, allowing us to connect with higher spiritual realms and to access a greater understanding of the universe.

4096 Hz

It completely clears the quartz crystals from any earlier programming and influences.

What is Your Character?

 What is Your Character?

In terms of biology, it is a connection of neurological pathways that run in our brain and nervous system in a specific and unique way.

All our experiences, memories, beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, emotions, feelings, sensations, intuitions create a very complex biological and electromagnetic structure that is unique to every person

How we see ourselves (self image), how we interact with the world, how happy or unhappy we are able to be, what are our reactions to everyday occurrences - depends on those neurological pathways.

Our conscious mind is at the tip or ‘surface’ of this very complex structure. Most of the processes occur in what we call the subconscious or unconscious. This is why it is difficult to change a habit in one wish or command - we need to change a certain neurological pathway that created the pattern (reflected in our behaviour) and build another one. For this we need a persistent and regular practice, a deep emotional changeover (a shock) and/or a session of self-reflection and insight.

How to Change Our Life for the Better?

Our nervous system remains constantly in a more or less intense tension. We are wired in a certain way that forces us to think, feel, and behave in a certain way. It is often a very narrow set of pathways, that is not open to other experiences.

If our neurological pathways are ‘narrow and tense’ we experience unease and/or disease. We may also cause a sense of unease in others. Healthy and happy relationships are one of the most important subjects in our life. We don't want to be a burden to others, though very often we unconsciously send 'signals' of tension - and thus others feel 'unease' in our presence.

To enhance our ability to feel truly happy with ourselves, others and in every corner of our lives - is to first learn to release the tension. Sessions of deep breathing and relaxation techniques allow access to a deeper state of mind, where positive changes can occur more naturally.

This rebuilds our neurological pathways - switching off those that cause us suffering, misbehaviour, misfortune - to those that are more in alignment with our true sense of Self - and true sense of health and happiness.

Because the old neurological pathways had been created a long time ago, due to certain events in our life or recurring experiences - it can initially be a difficult process. Old pathways are deeply rooted in our nervous system. Old habits die hard.

To change them we need a clear and solid motivation and intention. We will not change if we don’t know why we want to change or what we want to change.

Our life will not change, if we ourselves do not change, if we stick to the old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. We cannot expect our life to be better if we do not want to better ourselves - what constitutes our character.

Also - our life may change in an undesirable way - if we are not fully aware of what we exactly want to represent in this life. We need to explore whether it is only a 'folly fancy' of our lower ego-mind or whether it is with congruence with our higher-spiritual-mind. This often is a journey in itself - of self-discovery.

A set of personal affirmations which are coherent with both - the ego-mind and the spiritual-mind - is another working tool that will explore and direct these changes in a more comfortable, specific and desirable way.

Attention and Creation

If our attention creates reality - what does it mean in practice? How - and to what -we need to pay attention to? Of course we pay attention to our reality, this is where we are. But our attention has a short life span and it goes from one thought to another, from one task to another, from one object to another.

We always seek what to pay attention to, we are always in the mode, even if we are trying to unwind. Sometimes we are able to be powerfully focused while doing something totally engaging our senses. But for most of us it is true that we need to train our attention as it is in disrepair and disuse.

When we start to pay attention to our attention / focus, we notice that there is an external and internal attention / focus. Primarily we need to learn to pay attention to our internal state. This is what mindfulness, meditation is all about - at first.

With attention disorders, we have difficulties in paying attention not only to what we would rather choose, but also to our internal world - our feelings and sensations. We have difficulties in putting our attention on a single object for longer because we are overwhelmed.

We may be overwhelmed externally - seeing things that we don’t like, or internally - overthinking and feeling emotions and sensations that are uncomfortable. There is simply too much staff in our attention span and it can’t handle it all at once. We become distracted, unfocused or focused on avoidance and escape - it is when depression may kick in.

And why do some of us experience such overwhelm, while others do well?

A concept of karma and genetics can help out. We can see karma and genetics that has given us an ability to focus our attention in certain ways. It is to what extent we can more or less easily focus our attention and utilise it in a positive ways. Karma and genetics is something your Soul / your genetic blueprint, wants to overcome/ erase,/ learn/ outgrow/ recapitulate - take it as one word. It shapes the circumstances of our early life. From this our self-image, self-concept grows. Our self-concept, the innermost part of ourselves, shapes the attitude we have towards life and ourselves - and to what and how we put attention to.

Unfortunately many of us have been taught to see the world as a dangerous and threatening place. Of course, sometimes it is, but not all the time (unless you live in the Game of Thrones world).

We have been taught to be on guard, vigilant, and almost constantly look out for danger to avoid it. Worrying is one of such states. It becomes instinctive and subconscious. Our attention is automatically focused on what is unpleasant and possibly threatening to our well-being. We never truly relax. This is a state that becomes a threat in itself.

Learning to relax our overloaded nervous system is of crucial importance. As with learning - it takes time. And we need to see the benefits. They become apparent in the course of time. They become a deeply rooted feeling, a visceral sensation - of inner peace, stillness and subtle joy - when we practice/re-learn/allow our nervous system to find some peaceful space.

When our mind is busy - running errands, catching on to-do lists, checking social media, and if combined with self-doubt and criticism of almost everything and everybody, we are running on a low fuel. We need to detach from it, for a while, at least, and at first. A few moments of practising stillness, every now and then, every day is a huge step (although it may not seem so at first).

***

When you are going from one task to another, during your day, pause for at least a few seconds. Notice your breathing. Notice where your feet are. Notice how your body feels, without reacting to anything, and without judging anything. Simply observing. If you can add a tint of compassion towards yourself in this moment - it will become extra valuable.

Whenever you have a small segment of time (and we have plenty of those) - pause. Stop your world. Stop doing.

Start being.

Start being aware of yourself.

Direct your attention on the quiet, on silence, on the space between sounds.

Even if there are noises around, there is always silence in between.

Even if there are thoughts in your mind, there is always a place of quiet space.

Still mind. Body not moving. Breathing in and out rhythmically.

You don’t need to change your position, be fairly comfortable.

Simply be.

If your mind is telling you that you are wasting your time, say - I am practising inner peace
This is a valuable piece.

After a while your body should react with a natural, deep out-breathe, a sigh. This is an important moment and a message telling you that your nervous system is relaxing or ready to relax. Allow to deepen your breath.

Indeed, in this way we practice to activate different connections in our nervous system. Those connections allow us to unload strains that are overwhelmed. It is quite a mechanical process, but it needs a bit of time to readjust. It needs our attention

After a while you notice that your body relaxes more naturally and quickly. You don’t need to force it. It happens by itself. You learn that by putting your attention on inner peace, it happens. You learn to use your attention consciously. This is a starting point of changing your whole life for the better.

***

In those short moments you can add a few helping things that will confirm and affirm what you are paying attention to.

Saying the words: Inner Peace (or if this is too forceful, because sometimes it may - say Inner Well-Being).

Touching gently your head, heart or belly, while saying these words helps to ground this practice even more.

Doing some quiet humming - makes you more calm.

Swinging your torso from side to side, slowly - relaxes your inner senses.

Self-soothing thoughts should come up more naturally, and you are able to notice them and rejoice in them.

Putting a slight smile on your face always helps. Smile to yourself.

All those little activities help to calm down the nervous system and engage our senses. Our nervous system gets a signal that it is safe and we - as the body - are safe. We learn to trust ourselves. We restore our sense of safety and trust

When we practice this for some time we start noticing greater inner peace within our bodies on a regular basis. And only from this state can we learn to put our attention in a more efficient way, and create our life based on true inner peace and well being.

The Importance of Trust

Working with our bodies is essential to restore our internal system to full functionality.

How do we do it?

By self-soothing and taking care of the body, paying attention to what and how it feels. Not running away when there are bad feelings or sensations, when the body feels tired and forcing it to do more.

We stop and we look at it like a loving mother on her disturbed child. We show care, compassion and we caress, touch and hug (yes, you CAN hug yourself) and do whatever feels good and soothing. In this, and only this way - we regain trust

Trust is a pivotal point in our existence; it is basically the root of our self-belief and faith. As we practice self-soothing, self-care, self-compassion, self-nurturing - more and more of this internal energy comes up. It is instinctive - it does not understand words (without feelings), so affirmations work only on a very shallow surface-level, if said in a mechanical way.

We need gestures, movement, touch, vibes that will stir the emotions to more smoothness and trust. Our inner being needs a lot of unconditional love and care, and our job is to gain mutual trust. In psychology it is called - re-parentig yourself.

Our parents have gone through a lot of trauma and they have passed it on us, unconsciously. This inner trust is a key to our coherence, to our integrity, to function in this world in a healthy and whole way, through our whole, not fragmented Self.

***

What happens when a person with emotional trauma wants to connect with the  deeper part of Self - there is pain and suffering so he/she will avoid looking there, at all.

The person will look outside, to the outside world, grasping, craving for any good feeling, for objects that are supposed to bring those good feelings, disconnecting even more from the Inner Self. It is not pleasant to look into a devil’s den. But there are treasures there, anyway. This is where the hero journey starts.

But hero can go on a journey when he/she knows what they are doing. They needs to gather some knowledge, a map, and an understanding.

If we encounter harsh brutal forces of unknown emotions, it feels downright uncomfortable and even dangerous, and we cramp back into our daily life. We first need to comprehend how anchoring our consciousness in higher ethics and values will guide us on this journey.

Applying self-soothing techniques, discovering and connecting with unconditional love and being good at it, to tame the little raging beast, step by step, with divine patience, to gain, to develop, to discover the inner unshakeable trust. This lower Self needs re-connecting with the Higher Self.

The trust-techniques are in my private session and some are here, in the blog.

The Importance of Dynamic Meditations

What modern society seems to overlook is that we are sitting, most of the time. If your work involves sitting down posture, it is only natural that you feel repelled by sitting down meditation. Your body naturally wants to move and by contracting it to non-movement is an internal struggle.

Sitting meditations were invented in the society of farmers and warriors, where slowing down your senses which were involved in everyday activities was of great benefit. Those communities also valued ritual dance, and this is another reason why dynamic meditations should be looked at if we want to bring balance to our lives.

The Western tradition expects us to be composed - all the time. That is why Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi gong, and jogging, fitness are gaining popularity. We need to not only shut down the inner chatter, we need to get in touch with our bodies and stuck emotions that reside there.

So, again - the meditations techniques were developed where people tend to move around, walk long distances, they move things around, even not so long ago - 30-50 years ago or so, there was much more mobility.

Now we are glued to a sitting position and we don't want to do sitting meditations because it aggravates us. We also instinctively don't want to follow any protocol because we are following them - almost all the time.

We need to get intentionally crazy. To get rid of this sticky residue that makes us stuck and unhappy. To smooth out this rumpled and ruffled energies that reside in our bodies, we need to move. Get rid of them, because body awareness is a key factor to our wellbeing.

This is what dynamic meditations are all about.

In the morning

Probably the worst thing in the morning to do is to do a disservice to your body when it is supposed to be getting ready for action. Unless your job involves moving, or you tend to go jogging - do not calm it down, by some form of sitting meditation.

This is the time you want to move and float around and show yourself that you are being active, you are ready for the day, with a good sense of humor. Making yourself ready for the day in a loving, caring, strong and empowering fashion is what this should be all about.

So we shake off the sleepiness, we take some invigorating breaths, and we move and dance to an energetic, uplifting music (that would not disturb the neighbors). Total free-style. We move our bodies in whatever manner it needs. We learn body awareness.

This is also a perfect time to say aloud your affirmations/confirmations:
Yes, I'm fine, I am ready, I feel my energy. I own my energy. I know what I want, etc.

Don't do it just for the sake of doing it. Set intentions and focus. Focus on what and who you want to be today. Focus on the best version of yourself, today.
(I want to be a good parent, I want to do my job to the best of my abilities, I want to embody my love and wealth perfectly, I want to embody my right to be truly happy etc.)

If you feel spiritual it is good to do some signs of reverence for the Divinity in us. Hands together in the Namaste mudra. Acknowledge that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience. Connect with the Source.

Of course - to do all this we have to have a certain amount of willingness, an energy on its own, able to change a habit, able to move life energy.

So for a few days we may feel down because we are using a lot of our own normally available energy to a different pattern of behavior. This is when we give up so easily. It does not bring any good, quite the contrary, so why bother?

If we understand the importance of Who We Are without the Inner Awareness - a simple playtoy in the hands of unconscious forces -  a sorry state - when we understand and comprehend it fully - we will have some power to make external changes, because we know the benefit.

After some time it becomes our second nature, and we are grateful for putting more attention to the way we WANT to feel and not simply reacting to the outside world. We take the steering wheel of our life in our hands. We gain superpowers.

During the day

Remember - kindness is only good and authentic when we are good and kind to ourselves. First, think about ourselves and treat ourselves in a kind and loving way. Always.

When disturbances occur of whatever origin ( a slow traffic, a quarrel ) let’s shake it off, asap. Don't get yourself into a place where you internally shout at yourself for doing something out of control or stupid.

Do not also force yourself to remain calm when the body is boiling inside. Patience, with the hurdles of life will come naturally when we get rid of the internal tension.

So - shake it off, become crazy for a few seconds, do some deep humming or talk nonsense - words in otherworldly language (instead of swearing). More of it below.

Let’s shake off this quarrel, some not pleasant news. And breathe, intentionally. We do it not only on our behalf but also on others.

Voice

Humming. We underestimate our voice, and we run an automatic program here, but our voice is a powerful tool. So let's re-learn how to hum.
When we want to ground ourselves, we do the humming low, when we want to uplift ourselves we hum in high pitch. Try it, and do not judge yourself. Allow yourself to be silly. See how the low pitch is comforting to your body. And if you get an angry hum - let it go out.

Nonsense talk. Uttering words that are not in our mother tongue is an interesting practice. We let go of our persona and ego for a while and tap into the inner world of an inner child, gurgling and doing strange voices. It is very liberating, and some stuff may go out. Feel what your deeper Self wants to express.

Acting

Acting is a wonderful way to save your energy, because it releases you from being yourself. We are so serious about being us, all the time, being on guard, not to do anything that is not us, not to do anything stupid and anything off guard.

So let's pretend we are somebody else, for a minute or two. Just to release the tension of the ego, of clinging so closely to ourselves, of identifying with our thoughts, opinions, habits.

Let’s pretend for a minute or two that we are somebody else. Animals are a great thing to incorporate. Let’s pretend that you are a dog, a cat, a bear, then a mouse, or any small mammal, an eagle, or a monkey. Pretend you are a servant and then - a lord.

Quieting down comes naturally after those activities. We don’t need to force ourselves to be calm anymore. It happens on its own.

We need to be kind to ourselves, remember? Without kindness we are out of balance. Without kind attention to how our body feels our lives can go havoc or astray. When we put a more loving intention on our sense of authentic wellbeing we can feel better - naturally, breathe better - naturally, because our breathing is compromised by our posture and habitual, fixed and stiff behavior and thoughts.

We've got to engage our bodies if we want to make a real change.

In the evening

What do children and animals do before going to sleep? They let go of stuck energy by going super active and crazy, by playing and exhausting themselves so they have a good night sleep.

This is the time to be super crazy, to move your body again in a disorderly fashion, to invite some chaos into our life. This is about letting go of self-importance and releasing any uncomfortable energy/emotions out of our mind-body-soul system.

Then we can do a sitting down mediation, just before bedtime. It becomes more powerful and more meaningful. We sleep better, we feel better, our life gets better.

Namaste and Aloha!

A quick glance on the above states of mind-body-soul may help us identify the 'bad guys' in our psyche and find their counterpart in the positive expressions.

Our culture often perceives that being on the active side is positive and being on the passive side is negative. This is not the case. We don't need to be active for the whole of the day, every day, and we don't need to judge ourselves when we are passive.

Passive - means rest, insight, inner peace and unconditional joy. It is not bad. Handling the passive side of our life is the most common misconception in our culture, however it is vital to our well-being.

If we learn this, the mental health problem will slowly start to disappear.
