One-to-One online Sessions - in the comfort and intimacy of your own space:

Astrology & Counselling Session 
- We have a look and talk about your astro-chart, so it will help you to know yourself better, and understand in the context of others, and how to tap into your inner potential.

Oracle Therapeutic Reading 
- Tarot, Runes, Oracle Cards, and Angel Cards serve as a tool to know yourself more and to reveal and heal those elements that hinder your progress. This also involves a quick look at you birthday astro-chart.  

Inner Well-Being Session 
- This is a revitalizing counselling session that involves conversation and advice, deep relaxation, body awareness, sound (humming), mudras (hand positions), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapping), color visualization, acupressure, light touch, affirmations, Reiki. 

The sessions are not merely for the intellect. We involve emotions, energies, sensations, intuitions and intentions. 

Astrology and Tarot are great tools for insight and perspective, a platform to speak up more openly. Our destiny and character are in our hands.

You talk - I listen. You may talk on whatever you want, whatever you want to put an perspective on. It is often very liberating to talk to some complete stranger about our deepest issues that to somebody we know well. 

How a dominant vibe shapes our lives, how to access it and uplift. This involves some work with trauma related issues. The sessions have a subtle, yet profound influence on our body-mind-soul system. Thhe sessions are not used as a substitute for professional medical care.

PAYMENTS

Payments depands on how much you can afford or how much you can pay for a session r series of sessions. Here is PayPal account you may use before and after the session. 
To book a session place at least 10 £ or equvalent beforehand. You may top up the payment afterwards, as a sign of gratitude.

How does a Remote Session look like?

State in your initial contact through e-mail, the best time for your session.

Please pick the best place and time for your session, where and when you know you will not be disturbed. Switch off your phone or notifications, if the session is via smartphone. Be sure to empty your bladder. 

It is also better to eat a light vegetarian meal on that day rather than a heavy one. 
It is good to have a glass of water at hand during the session. 
Wear comfortable clothes as we may do some moving around. 

1. Conversation (5-10 minutes) 
We establish rapport and talk about yourself, your needs, and your life situation. It will help to adjust our attitude and intentions, choose the right words, techniques and general flow for the session. 

2. Tuning In  (2-3 minutes)
This is like a 'switch on' button, where a space (in the mind) is created to be more relaxed, feeling safe and attuned to a positive experience. 

3. Session Progress (20-30 minutes) 
This often involves simultaneously - conversation and body-work. Depending on the theme and your needs, we may bring some breathing techniques, eye and hand position (mudras), acupressure, energy work, humming, visualisation, mediation, colors and Reiki. 

The aim of this main part of the session is to tune-up your whole mind-body-soul system, and to bring up the best outcome of the session that you wish and intend. 

4. Grounding. 5-10 minutes. 
This is to connect the outcome to a solid and stable pattern that you can rely on, later on - on your own. One of the methods used, is to drink slowly a glass of water or a herbal tea. 

5. Conclusions. 10-15 minutes. 
Expressing thoughts and feelings. Further suggestions.

I conduct the sessions in a very relaxed and funny sort of way. They intend to uplift the atmosphere and mood (we tend to be too dead-serious about things), however an aspect of reverence and respect is always present.  

You may feel a bit different after a session or upon coming two, three days, you may experience unusual sensations in your body, mind and emotions. 

A slight change of diet may be recommended, physical exercise, and other self-care practices (massage, aromatherapy, mindfulness, walking, bathing, reading, prayer).

A metaphysical journey to the meaning of Seven, and how it all fits into a larger picture of life. You will be more aware of the use of colours, stones, textures, sounds in your daily environment, their meaning, and for self-healing and self-awareness sessions.

Self-soothing Techniques
Breathing, body-work, affirmations and prayer. You will know how to tune in the most efficient way to a relaxed state of mind, that is flexible and peaceful, yet focused, empowered and open to more subtle communication. 
You will acquire practical tools that you can easily adapt to your everyday life. As this is a personal journey the tools and techniques will be tailored to your own needs.
