In Relaxing Sessions we find the best ways to relax:
- your body
- your mind
- your emotions (soul)
These three parts of ourselves are connected through our incredible nervous system. In simple terms, your nervous system connects every fabric of your physical, mental and emotional part, binds them together, and this creates your character and the character of your life.
A deep relaxation, in itself, builds a new neurological pathway: your inner system learns or rediscovers how to feel more calm and relaxed, how to feel more safe, how to experience more trust in oneself.
Through guided meditation and visualisation, and other techniques, we also work on your body awareness to release any tension that can be released - in a gentle way, and to find an even deeper level of inner peace.
We talk about positive changes that are good to implement, becoming more aware of your inner core values, and we work together on a set of unique and personal affirmations that sound true to your inner being.
Those affirmations, along with a chosen set of mind/body/soul exercises - is what we will end the session with.
