Dominat Vibe

Reality is a feedback system. What we are is what we experience. We all are equipped with a certain attitude and mood in our life. This is an indication how far or how close we are to our connection with life purpose, Higher Self or Source. When we feel unhappy, we are disconnected. It is as simple as this. 

For those of us who are predominantly in an unhappy vibe about life, it may be difficult to understand that it is for our own good to feel good even if the circumstances are dire

To understand our situation we need to understand the main attitude/mood that has accompanied us throughout life. Our emotions and feelings are like a lens through which we experience life.   

Being mostly unhappy means there is a lot of corrupted and contracted energy in our mind-body-soul structure. For this we need to allow this energy, vibe to be seen, felt and transformed. 

There may be an intrinsic, mechanical, learned tendency towards ‘pleasure FOR pain’ (either towards oneself or others). It is a pattern that disallows the real state of happiness, it is bounded around victim/predator (masochism/sadism) structure, and it implies suffering in one’s life through experience of negative emotions: fear, shame, guilt, anger, disappointment, resentment, and continued dissatisfaction. As we are stuck with those emotions, we see a confirmation of them in our life. 

If we have experienced a lot of challenging events and have not been able to release stress that has build around them we feel stuck and unhappy. Nothing seem to work in our life. We don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, or it is very dim and far away (which means we did not loose hope). 

Unreleased stress is like a glue that bounds and blocks natural flow of life force. It is something blocking the natural, positive feelings about oneself and the world. The eyes look constantly for danger or victim. Feeling deeply in love with yourself and good about one’s life seems to be incomprehensible. There are patterns that don't allow us to see the world from a different, more positive, higher perspective. We are stuck in a vicious circle. 

We all have these blocks and patterns to some extent.  

Let’s not dive into the why’s and how’s, now - what we need first is to restructure our nervous system for the reception of good vibes. If we would consider life’s how’s and why’s from this lower brain perspective we would mostly see life as suffering, evil and danger. This leads to a negative philosophy and misanthropy.

If we want to know our dominant vibe and change it constructively inside-out - we need to get in touch with it, for a little while. And than change it, piece by piece, that allows the more vibrant state to be activated. As our natural way, the way of nature is to be mostly at ease and happy, we can intend this to happen. We all have a magical wand within ourselves. It is our Focus and Intention. By doing this exercise, you are not only changing your dominant vibe, but also learning how to use this valuable tool. 

Do this exercise with your eyes open. In this way you become more aware of what is going on and train to be more conscious, yet relaxed, while awake. You gain connection to yourself on a deeper level. This allows you to be more in charge of your inner world. And there - you can transform patterns that do not serve your happiness.

Take a deep breath. Notice how deep you can go. Notice how easy is your breathing.

Exhale with a sigh. Exhale as if with a relief. Pause for a few seconds.

Let an image from your whole life unveil. What is the dominant mood?

Explore it for a while. It is OK to feel a certain way.

Are you mostly excited or disappointed? Is there a sense of struggle or ease?

Do you feel more heavy or light? Let yourself feel the feeling.

Observe the sensations from a distance. As if detached from it.

Breathing deeply and slowly. Accepting the way you feel in your life.

Now see this emotional energy in shape and color. Somewhere around you or inside you.

Take a slow deep breath in. Feeling easy and relaxed.

See this emotional energy changing form. See it being more light and bright.

See a golden white light emerging.

It catches all dark and heavy particles. And transforms them into a loving light.

As it happens, you feel access to more subtle feelings.

Of unconditional, natural joy. Of respect to others and yourself.

An aura of brightness and light, an aura of wishing well, surrounds you.

It is incorporated within every cell of your body. Allow yourself to feel it.

Breathing in deeply, and easily.

You give your whole being permission

To feel a golden-white vibe, surrounding you

And uplifting every aspect of your life. 

Little by little. Piece by piece. More and more.
