Self-healing
Scientifically, it is down to the 'placebo' effect that a healing in a non-conventional medicine occurs. If 'placebo' effect works, it means it has far more reaching consequences that we would ascribe it to.
On the other hand there are many scientifically proven studies about healing effects of meditation and relaxation techniques, at least to some degree - on our mental health and general well-being.
So, why not to embark on a journey to a better feeling using the methods that complimentary and alternative medicine offer, and checking out for yourself.
The foundations of self-healing methods are: Relaxation, Meditation, Affirmations, Visualisation. And all of this is about our Vibration and Imagination.
There are of course many additional methods, such as herbal remedies, aromatherapy, massage, exercising - and they all help with the self-healing processes. It only depends on our nature what suits us best. Nevertheless, everything starts with learning how to relax deeply.
How to Relax
It may take quite a time to learn to relax properly. Perhaps we have never know how to feel fully relaxed. The constant chatter in our minds drives us crazy, and we often cannot switch off.
